On January 24th, a common, shared pipe located in the ceiling burst on our side of complex. We are wrapping up the cleanup but still need approval from the village to reopen. It is taking much longer than expected and weighing our options on how to move forward. Now the goal post is moved until 11th to the 13th to open but it is out of our control.
